The Rapid City Parks and Recreation Department has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to construct public park amenities for the proposed Skyline Wilderness Park including Dinosaur Hill. Work is expected to start in 2015. This item was continued from the August 7, 2014 Planning Commission meeting to allow the Parks Department to address concerns from the public and members of the Planning Commission. The Parks Department has provided a letter addressing these concerns. The letter has been attached. |
