47.       Direct staff to meet with the Lazy P-6 people in an attempt to come to an agreement on when the paving of the road will occur.

 

48.       Accept the recommendation of the Rules Committee and to adopt the following items: 1) the Council will follow Robert's Rules of Order; 2) the current Council members will have an orientation on Robert's Rules of Order; 3) all new Council members will have an orientation on Robert's Rules of Order; 4) a parliamentarian will be available at the Council meetings for a period of time to assist the Council in following Robert's Rules of Order; and 5) the Council will have the ability to amend Robert's Rules of Order and staff is directed to go ahead and make the changes that are required by law.

 

49.      Approve Appointment of Patricia Kenner, Christi Nelson and Dick Maguire to the RSVP Committee.
