New York Street and the extension of East St. Louis Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the North Rapid Neighborhood Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 2.5 acre parcel from Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development to General Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be approved.

(7 to 0 with Hoffmann, Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
