MINUTES – Correct the minutes of February 5, 2001 to show the correct amount for a check to the SD Municipal League as $110; amend the minutes of February 5 to add the following action: Continue the final plat for Lots 10-15, Block 3; Lot 8, Block 4; Lots 3-10, Block 5; and Lots 4-7 and Lot 18, Block 6, Valley Ridge Subdivision until February 19, 2001; correct the minutes of February 5, 2001 to authorize purchase 2 Class CL trucks, ¾ ton 4x4 cab and chassis, Dodge Model Ram 2500 under state contract No. 13030 from Ted Tufty Dodge, Sioux Falls, for the Parks Division, for a base bid of $20,150 plus a delivery charge of $210 each; and approve the minutes of February 5, 2001.

The monthly cost of service for other council people should be calculated, and anyone who already has service at this time should be reimbursed for that amount. Any council person who can't get regular service should be provided with other service and should be compensated for hook-up costs, even if it is more, so that everyone has high speed internet access. This should be funded by the Planning Department for the Planning Commission and a funding source should be identified for the City Council.
