PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use on Review to allow a mobile home park in the Medium Density Residential District be continued to the March 5, 2001 City Council meeting to allow staff additional time to address legal non-conforming issues relative to the existing use.
