Summary:

The applicant has requested a Major Amendment to the Planned Development to reduce the minimum required side yard setback for a two-story structure from 12 feet to 5 feet.  The applicant is proposing to construct an attached garage, a deck and a two-story 924 square foot living space addition onto an existing single-family dwelling.  The applicant is proposing to continue the existing five foot side yard setback for the living space addition.  The existing and proposed five foot side yard setback is not in compliance with the current Zoning Ordinance.
