09EX066 - Request to Waive Requirement to Install Sidewalk per City Ordinance 12.16.080 – 3761 Corral Drive

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:

The Public Works Committee recommended that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk along the southeast side of Corral Drive be approved with the stipulation,

1.	That prior to City Council approval the property owner sign a waiver of right to protest an assessment for installation of sidewalks.
