No. SC122702-02 - Approve the purchase of 106 acres south of the city landfill site from Johnson Bar 5 Ranch, Inc. for $590,000, and authorize the Finance Officer to issue treasurer’s checks to Johnson Bar 5 Ranch for payment as follows: $120,000 on December 31, 2002 and $470,000 on January 2, 2003
17. No. SC122702-03 - Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign Agreement between the City of Rapid City and Johnson Bar 5 Ranch, Inc. to allow the Ranch the right to graze on the 106 acres, for ten years, at no cost.
18. No. SC122702-07 – Approve Change Order No. 3F Central Boulevard Reconstruction Project ST01-917, RCS Construction, Inc. for an increase of $8,450.00
19. No. SC122702-08 – Approve Change Order No. 1F, Anaconda & Grandview Street and Utility Reconstruction Project ST01-1027, Heavy Constructors, Inc., for a decrease of $15,690.01.
