Planning Commission
recommended that the vacation of 35 feet of non-access easement be approved
with the following stipulation:
Urban Planning Division Recommendations:
1. Prior to City Council approval, the applicant shall provide an original,
recordable Exhibit A with a Professional Engineer's stamp and signature.
