A request by Fisk Land Surveying & Consutling Engineers for Mandalay Homes, LLC to consider an application for a Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement on Lots 10 and 11 of South Pointe Subdivision, located in the NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located southeast of the intersection of Parkview Drive and E. Enchanted Pines Drive.


STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:

Prior to Public Works Committee approval, the proposed Utility and Minor Drainage Easement shall be recorded at the Register of Deeds’ Office and a copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to the Growth Management Department.
