Summary:
On May 7, 2015, the Planning Commission approved a Major Amendment to a Planned Development to allow a group home for transitional housing with the stipulation that “(t)his Major Amendment to a Planned Development shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission six months after the group home has taken occupancy of the structure”.  A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was obtained in August of 2015 and the group home has been operational for six months which has allowed time to evaluate the impacts that the use may have on the neighborhood.
