PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Committee recommended approval of the exception to allow curbside sidewalk with rolled curb.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends denial of the exception to allow curbside sidewalk with rolled curb. However, staff would be suportive of allowing curbside sidewalk with standard curb or property line sidewalk with rolled curb.
