A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Vacation of Right of Way on section line right-of-way located in Tract A of Tract 1 of W1/2 SW1/4 Section 23 and E1/2 SE1/4 Section 22, less Lot 1 of Bendert Subdivision, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of Golden Eagle Drive and adjacent to Old Marine Life.PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Right of Way be approved with the stipulation that the east 33 feet of the highway be retained as a utility easement.Urban Planning Division Recommendations:
Prior to City Council approval, documentation from Black Hills Fibercom shall be submitted indicating no objection to the vacation.
