Highway 79 (Sturgis Road) and south of Hidden Valley Road.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture to Medium Density Residential be approved with the stipulation that the request be approved in conjunction with the Planned Development Designation.
