A request by Centerline for 3 T's Land Development and Elton Eller to consider an application for a Vacation of Section Line Highway on the north 1400.34 feet of the 66 foot wide Section Line Highway lying between the NW1/4 of Section 13, T1N, R7E, BHM, and the NE1/4 of Section 14, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at western terminus of Minnesota Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of Section Line Highway be approved.
