No. 09FV010 - Airport Addition

A request by Scott Goble for SWS, LLC to consider an application for a Fence Height Exception to construct an 8 foot high fence in lieu of a six foot high fence and to allow an 8 foot high fence in the front yard setback in lieu of a 4 foot high fence in the General Commercial Zoning District on Block 20 excepting therefrom the south eight and one-half feet thereof in Airport Addition, Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 232 Wright Street.


STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Fence Height Exception
to allow an 8 foot high fence in lieu of a 6 foot high fence and to allow an 8 foot high fence in lieu of a 4 foot high fence in the front yard in the General Commercial Zoning District be approved with the following stipulations:
1
. Prior to Public Works Committee approval, a revised landscape plan shall be submitted for review and approval; and,
2. The fence shall be constructed in conformance with the architectural plans and elevations and color palette submitted as part of this Fence Height Exception.
