STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the request to Waive the Requirement for Intermediate Turnarounds Along a Cul-De-Sac at Intervals not Exceeding 600 Feet with the following stipulation:
1. Turnarounds shall be provided for the first 3,500 feet of access off of Nameless Cave Road.
