A request by Renner & Associates for Robert Akers to consider an application for a Vacation of a 30 Foot Utility Easement on a 30 foot wide utility easement located in the W1/2 of the NE1/4 and the E1/2 of the NW1/4, Section 30, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located between Disk Drive and East Mall Drive and east of Lacrosse Street.
