Lot B and the vacated Clower Lane of Donhiser Addition; and, Lot 1 of
Lot J of Harter Addition all located in the NE1/4 of Section 3, T1N,
R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally
described as being located at 740 Sheridan Lake Road.
