1) One (1) New Current Model Year Shop Service Truck for Street Division to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications, McKie Ford for the low unit price bid with trade-in and Alternate B (air compressor) for a total contract amount of $63,424.00
2) Sweeper Broom Refills for Street Division to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications, Old Dominion Brush Company for the low unit prices bid as follows: Elgin Pelican - $178.00/each; Elgin Whirlwind 2 - $124.00 each; Johnston 705 - $139.00/each; and Gutter Broom Wire - $0.82/lb.

APPROVE CHANGE ORDER

3) No. 01F for ST99-774, LaCrosse Street & Centre Street Utility, Drainage and Street Reconstruction Project to RCS Construction for an increase of $12,612.77

4) No. 01 for ST00-875, West Chicago Street Reconstruction Project Phase III to Hills Materials Company for an increase of $6,961.72
