Summary:

The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 33 residential lots leaving a non-transferable balance.  The Master Plan for Elks Country Estates identifies this area as Phase 4 of the development.  The lots range in size from 0.25 acres to 0.72 acres.  The property is located approximately 100 feet south of the intersection of Padre Drive and Jolly Lane.  Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
