15PD037 - Revocation of a Final Planned Development Overlay


On January 8, 2015, the Planning Commission approved a Final Planned Development to allow a commercial development with multiple on-sale liquor establishments (File #14PD037).  The anticipated development has not taken place and the property owner has decided that the Planned Development is no longer appropriate as the proposed uses and layout changed.  As such, the applicant has requested that the Final Planned Development for all of Tract 3 be revoked, as well as the Planned Development Designation located on the southern portions of Lot 3 as demonstrated in the graphics below.  The applicant is proposing to maintain the Planned Development Designation (File #10PD045) on the northern portions of Lot 3 so that future development of that portion of the lot will still require review and approval of a Final Planned development and ensure future development of the property will have a minimal impact on the residential uses located north and east of Lot 3.  A Final Planned Development which has been reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission requires Planning Commission approval of its revocation.
