Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the summary and authorize publication in the Rapid City Journal.

Highway 79 (Sturgis Road) and south of Hidden Valley Road.

Staff recommends that the Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to revise the Major Street Plan by eliminating collector streets be continued to the October 25, 2007 Planning Commission meeting to allow the applicant to submit a revised Traffic Impact Study to coordinate the phasing of the project with the proposed street improvements.
