The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) explains how the City carried out its Consolidated Plan strategies with the projects and activities funded with CDBG dollars in FY 2014.
The CAPER was posted for a 30 day public comment period that ended on June 25, 2015. No comments were received.
Some errors were found in the Financial Report after posting and the corrections are shown in the attached report (highlighted in yellow). Corrections were for some totals not updated after changes in expenditures and in the Rehab program to move charges incorrectly applied to FY14 to FY13, where funds still remained.
The issues were not originally noticed due to HUD system reports that merged our 2014 and 2015 activities and reported incorrect amounts. HUD IT fixed the glitch and staff has made needed corrections to this report.
Staff requests Council’s final approval of the amended FY2014 CAPER and financial report.
