A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for Ordinance No. 5612 Repealing Chapter 15.48 of the Rapid City Municipal Code Relating to Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks and Adopting a new Revised Chapter 15.48 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment be continued to the October 13, 2010 Legal and Finance Committee meeting.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Braun, Brewer, Christianson, Gregg, Kinniburgh, Landguth, Marchand, Popp, Rolinger and Wyss voting yes and none voting no)
