Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor and the Finance Officer to sign the Professional Services Agreement between Alta Planning and Design and the City of Rapid City for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $72,000.00.
