A request by Thurston Design Group, LLP for the Children's Home Society of South Dakota to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Elk Vale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 2.79 acre parcel from a Low Density Residential to Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development on Tract B, Neff's Subdivision #4, Section 3, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1330 Jolly Lane.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Elk Vale Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 2.79 acre parcel from a Low Density Residential to Office Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development be approved.
