an application for a Layout Plat on S1/2 of the NE1/4 and the SE1/4 except Bradeen
Subdivision of Section 22 and NE1/4 Section 27, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County,
South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the intersection
of Reservoir Road and South Side Drive.

COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Layout
Plat be continued to the November 19,
2001 City Council meeting
to allow staff to meet with the applicant to discuss issues relative to the
plat and to allow the applicant to submit additional information.
