18.     No. CC21901-02 - Move forward with the proposal from MidContinent for high speed internet service to the Mayor, City Council and Planning Commission members. The monthly cost of service for other council people should be calculated, and anyone who already has service at this time should be reimbursed for that amount. Any council person who can't get regular service should be provided with other service and should be compensated for hook-up costs, even if it is more, so that everyone has high speed internet access. This should be funded by the Planning Department for the Planning Commission and a funding source should be identified for the City Council.
