An application by Canyon Development was considered for a Layout Plat on Lots 5R and 6 of the NE1/4 of NE1/4 of Section 31, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the intersection of Sheridan Lake Road and Spring Canyon Trail.

 

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the City Council acknowledge the withdrawal of the Layout Plat at the applicant’s request.
