|
The applicant has submitted a request to prepare an H-Lot on behalf of the City of Rapid City and to authorize acceptance of the deed. The Parks and Recreation Department is proposing to realign a small portion of Skyline Drive for the Stonewall Overlook Trailhead improvements as a part of the Skyline Wilderness Park development. The realignment will straighten an existing curve improving the safety along this section of the street. The existing right-of-way will be vacated to allow for the construction of the trailhead and parking lot. |
