Summary:
City Staff has been negotiating with property owners for the acquisition of property for the extension of a sanitary sewer line and has not been able to reach agreement with the property owner.   Appraisals of the property have been done and provided to the property owners.  Staff has offered the appraised value of the property as compensation and the property owner has indicated that additional compensation would be necessary for them to agree to provide an easement.
