8)         PW061411-08 – First Amendment to Revenue Obligation Loan Agreement between the City of Rapid City and the SD Conservancy District for the SRF Loan received for Water Reclamation Facility Improvements.

9)         PW061411-09 – Resolution No. 2011-077 to Modify the Revenue Obligation Loan Agreement in Connection with the $5,000,000 City of Rapid City, South Dakota Clean Water Revenue Bond, dated December 15, 2009.
