No. 10VE015 - Trailwood Village

A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for LICH Enterprises, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of a Minor Drainage and Utility Easement and a Major Drainage Easement for Lot B of Block 16 of Trailwood Village located in the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 10, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located on the east side of Covington Street between Teak Drive and East Highway 44.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Vacation of a Minor Drainage and Utility Easement and a Major Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:
1.	Prior to Public Works Committee approval, an alternate utility easement shall be recorded at the Register of Deed’s Office. In addition, a copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to the Growth Management Department.
