PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission unanimously approved a motion to request staff to hold a public meeting to gather input from the Development community and the Financial community and report back to the City Council that the Planning Commission is obtaining additional input on the issue.

VOTE: (9 to 0 with Braun, Brewer, Christianson, Gregg, Kinniburgh, Marchand, Popp, Rippentrop and Wyss voting yes and none voting no)
