A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of a portion of a Major Drainage Easement for Lot CL of Block 2 of Rainbow Ridge Subdivision, Section 23, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1049 Sagewood Street.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Vacation of a portion of a Major Drainage Easement be approved with the following stipulation:

Prior to City Council approval, Exhibit A shall be revised to clarify the portion of the Major Drainage Easement that is being vacated.
