No. 09VE013 - Shopko Addition

A request by CETEC Engineering for Uppercrust Landscape Co. to consider an application for a Vacation of a portion of a Minor Drainage and Utility Easement on Lot 1 of Shopko Addition, Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1825 Haines Avenue.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Vacation of a portion of a Minor Drainage and Utility Easement be approved with the following stipulation:

Prior to City Council approval, the Temporary Construction Easement shall be recorded at the Register of Deed’s office and a copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to the Growth Management Department for review and approval.
