A request by FMG, Inc. for Mehlhaff Construction, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement on Lots 4 and 5 of Block 2 of I-90 Heartland Business Park located in the NE1/4 of Section 28, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Seger Drive and Rearden Court.


STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Vacation of Utility and Minor Drainage Easement be approved.
