19)      No. PW071508-04 – Request Authorization for Mayor and Finance Officer to sign Professional Services Agreement with Stanley Consultants Inc., for Canyon Lake Dam Reconstruction, Project No. PW08-1743, not to exceed $190,000.00

20)      No. PW071508-07 – Request Authorization for Mayor and Finance Officer to sign an Application and Agreement for Electric Service Extension with Black Hills Power, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $9325.00; a Right-of-Way Permit for Black Hills Power, Inc. for an electrical power system, and a Grade Agreement with Black Hills Power, Inc. for an electrical power system.  These items are required for upgraded electrical service to GB08-1714 Canyon Lake Maintenance Shop.
