16) PW030105-12 - Professional Services Agreement with Kadrmas, Lee, and Jackson, Inc. for "Red Rock Meadows Sanitary Sewer Lift Station, 3^rd Party Engineering Review", Project No. SS05 – 1462; CIP #50590.  The contract is a maximum not to exceed, and the estimated cost is $19,000.  The actual amount of the fee will be presented at PW Committee.  In order to avert delays regarding this project the item is being placed on the agenda prior to finalizing the fee amount.  The City will be reimbursed 100% by Red Rock Meadows, LLC for these costs.
