A request by Dean Kurtz Construction Company for Dakota Hills Veterinary Clinic to consider an application for a Exception to the Street Design Criteria Manual Section 8.2.1 and 3.2.2 for minimum separation clearance from a driveway to a street intersection on , legally described as Lot A of Lot 3 of B of the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 5, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located along Centre Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Exception to the Street Design Criteria Manual Section 8.2.1 and 3.2.2 for minimum separation clearance from a driveway to a street intersection be approved with the following stipulation:

1.
Prior to a Building Permit being issued, the approach corner clearance from the driveway to a street intersection shall be revised to provide a minimum fifty feet of clearance.
