A request by Steven Thingelstad for Western Management Corporation to consider an application for a Vacation of  Major Drainage Easement on Lot 2 of Block 2 of Parkridge Village Subdivision No. 2 located in the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 16, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located along Park Drive.

Staff recommends that the Vacation of Major Drainage Easement be continued to the September 14, 2004 Public Works meeting as the stipulation of approval has not been met.
