A request by Dream Design International to consider an application for a Fence Height Exception to allow a six foot fence in the front yard setback on Tract B, Block 18, Big Sky Subdivision located in the S1/2 SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 3, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located southeast corner of Homestead Street and Aurora Drive.

Staff recommends that the Fence Height Exception to allow a six foot fence in the front yard setback be approved with the following stipulations:

1.

The fence will have a maximum height of six feet; and,

2.

Prior to City Council approval, a revised site plan shall be submitted showing the exact distance the proposed fence will be setback from the property lines.
