A request by Alliance of Architects and Engineers for the City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Fence Height Exception to allow the construction of an eight foot and a ten foot high security fence in a public place on the unplatted portion of the SW1/4 of Section 29, T1N, R7E and the E1/2 of Section 30, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located between Red Rock Estates and Selador Ranch.

Staff recommends that the Fence Height Exception to allow construction of an eight foot and a ten foot high security fence in a public place be denied.
