A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Resolution to change the road named Gypsey Street to Leola Lane on the 50 foot platted public right-of-way known as Gypsey Street that provides access to Lot 1, Block 8 of Trailwood Village Subdivision all located in Section 10, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as extending northeast from the intersection of O'Brien Street and Gypsey Street.PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Resolution to change the road named Gypsey Street to Leola Lane be approved.Vote: (7 to 0)
