|
At the January 22nd Planning Commission meeting Staff presented several options regarding the appointment process for various Boards and Commissions. At that meeting the Planning Commission discussed their role and determined that the membership could also serve as the Board of Adjustment. Staff has attached a Zoning Ordinance amendment authorizing the Planning Commission members to also serve as the Board of Adjustment. Since the Board of Adjustment presently has five members the Staff has prepared a second ordinance amendment that would reduce the total number of Planning Commission members from 10 to 7 members and include two alternates. The additional amendment should be considered concurrently |
