The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay application to allow an on-sale liquor establishment and to allow storage in excess of 5,000 square feet.  In particular, the applicant is proposing to renew the liquor licenses currently on the property and to allow 6,955 square feet of storage in lieu of the maximum allowed 5,000 square feet.
