A request by Battista Design Group for Tom Schmanski to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a car wash in the General Commercial District for property generally described as being located at 502 Mountain View Road.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow a car wash in the General Commercial District be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.

If the Planning Commission determines that the design and location of the proposed message center sign is appropriate for the property, then the Major Amendment to a Planned Development to allow an electronic message center shall be approved with stipulations as outlined in the staff report.
