Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development to allow construction of a ready-mix concrete batch plant on approximately 7.69 acres of property.  The applicant requested to develop the property through the Planned Development process in order to create additional review of the proposed development for the benefit of neighboring property owners.  On January 10, 2013, the Planning Commission approved an Initial Planned Development (File #12PD039) to allow development of a ready-mix concrete batch plant.
