City Council Report (February 22, 2011) The City Council concurred with the recommendations of the Planning Commission with the exception of the following items:
No. 10PD071 – An Appeal of the Planning Commission’s Decision on a request by Wolverton & Associates for THF Stoneridge Development, LLC for a Final Commercial Development Plan to allow commercial uses including on-sale liquor establishments. The Planning Commission’s decision was appealed to the City Council. The City Council affirmed the Planning Commission’s decision and approved the request with revised stipulations.
No. 10PL096 - A request by Wolverton & Associates for THF Stoneridge Development, LLC for a Preliminary Plat. The Planning Commission recommended approval with stipulations. The City Council approved the request with revised stipulations.
